These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Shirley Appleby Ltd (Company No: 04818695) via www.shirleyappleby.co.uk, including coaching, training, writing, assessments, consultancy, and any associated activities.

By booking or accessing any of our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Information

Services are delivered by Shirley Appleby or by approved associates under her direction.

Services may be delivered in person, via phone, or online through secure platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

All sessions and communications are conducted in accordance with relevant ethical standards and GDPR compliance.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once full or partial payment is received, depending on the service.

Payment methods will be agreed in advance (e.g. BACS, Stripe, PayPal).

Invoices, if requested, will be issued upon confirmation of the booking.

Prices are subject to change but will always be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before a session without charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

If Shirley needs to cancel or reschedule, every effort will be made to offer an alternative time.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information is held securely and treated with confidentiality.

Information will not be shared without consent unless required by law or to prevent serious harm.

5. Use of Materials

Any training materials, guides, or written content provided remain the intellectual property of Shirley Appleby Ltd unless otherwise agreed.

Materials may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance, services are offered on an advisory basis and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Shirley Appleby Ltd is not liable for decisions made or actions taken as a result of using the services.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
