A relaxed one-to-one conversation exploring what’s working, what’s hard, and what support might help 

Tailored recommendations for assistive technology, tools, and strategies 

A written summary with personalised suggestions for adjustments in education, work, or daily life 

Optional follow-up coaching or training 

 

Each assessment is built around the person, not the paperwork, offering unbiased, practical advice that supports independence and wellbeing.
